I’m still yet to upgrade to Lion for the worry of messing up my syncing which works at the moment.

Any news on all this? Still no solution I guess?

I spoke to Microsoft and they said it should all be fine? well yeah, “Should”

I have not even dared upgrade to ios5 either for the stress of getting a non-syncing situation…

Hope they come up with some fix soon. I use Outlook at work and have iCloud on my laptop and iPhone. Nothing is communicating. One of the reasons I switched to Apple was for iCloud and the ability (supposedly) to sync everything. Sure isn’t happening!

Just converted from PC to Mac; spent 12 hours at Genius bar attempting to get Outlook to synch with iPhone, iPad on iCloud. Result? Now using macCal instead…really miss my outlook and its functionlity any update on a fix?

This doesn’t touch another bug I’ve discovered, though, where Twitter.app forcibly pulls you to its active Space when hiding other apps. For example:

Space 1: Twitter, Firefox.
Space 2: Mail, Vienna.

If I’m on Space 2 and I cmd-H hide Vienna, Twitter yanks me over to Space 1 and gives itself focus (in SL, anyway). Why? Who knows. I wish I knew how to avoid this.

Any insight?

I’ve done all this. Upgraded iTunes and iOS to latest versions, but can still not get the automatic sync feature to work.

My iPhone syncs OK wirelesly when initiated from iTunes AND by doing Settings -> General -> iTunes Wi-Fi Sync and press Sync Now on the iPhone. Still it won’t sync automatically when connected to the sharger.

I thought maybe my iMac had to be on the same Wi-Fi network… As opposed to connected by LAN cable to the same network (remember manual sync works). This was not the case. Even after enableing Wi-Fi on the iMac, connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the iPhone IT DID NOT sync automatically….

What can I be missing?

You can access the iCloud control panel by clicking on you iCloud icon on the task bar (next to the clock). On the panel tick off Photo Stream, apply, and tick it back on.
